Hello and welcome.

My name is Lauren Cassar. I am an ANZACATA accredited art therapist who holds a Masters in Art Psychotherapy. I’m a mother to my son and a practicing artist.

I am passionate in supporting children and adults in a holistic manner, by guiding and facilitating individual and group art therapy sessions, through both long and short-term engagements.

My practice is informed by neurosequential, developmental trauma, attachment and humanism theories. My therapeutic care is holistic, which means I will meet you where you are at, all of you.

I support and guide my clients to create and explore through art making and narrative, connecting the body and mind to encourage feelings of worthiness, question and understand their past safely and to help build strong foundations to carve out a meaningful story for the future.

By colliding evidence-based techniques and history-rooted art therapy theory, my practice is an ethical, trauma-informed service centered around strengthening emotional health and healing, tailoring pathways for a more supported, creative, resilient life.

I look forward to supporting you to access your soul’s voice through the medicine of art making.

Go gently,

Lauren
